We do not offer exchanges, but we do offer refunds for products purchased directly from us which are returned in the same condition that you received them in, with tags and liners intact.
From the day you made your purchase, you have 30 days to send any items back to us for a refund.

Any returned parcels sent by a customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support.
