We do not offer exchanges; if you want a different size or item you will need to return the item you don't want and place a new order for the one you do.

Returns:

Please note that we do not offer free returns outside of the UK, and all return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Garments must be returned in the same condition that you received them in, with tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

To arrange a return, please contact our team by submitting a support ticket, and we will reply with return instructions.

Any returned parcels sent by a customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.

What happens if I return an item that’s not in its original condition?

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy (e.g. worn, damaged, or without tags), we will be unable to issue a refund, and the item will not be returned to you.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds are processed once returned items reach our warehouse. After the refund is issued, it typically takes a few working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If your delivery was unsuccessful and returned to us, the item cost will be refunded automatically to your original payment method.


Please note, print-on-demand (POD) products cannot be returned as they are custom-made for you.
