UK Returns

Please note that we do not offer free returns outside of the UK, and all return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them in, with tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

If you would like to arrange a return, please contact our team by submitting a support ticket.

Any returned parcels sent by a customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy (e.g. worn, damaged, or without tags), we will be unable to issue a refund, and the item will not be returned to you.


International Returns

Please contact Customer Support to let our team know you'd like to return your items.

Our team will then provide you with our returns address so you can send the item/s back to us using a tracked delivery service. (Please include your original packaging.)

Once the item arrives back into our fulfilment centre, our team will inspect it and see if the product is in its original condition. If so, we will arrange a refund to the card used to process the original order.

Please allow up to five working days from when the items arrive back at our fulfilment center for the payment to be processed.
