Please note that print on demand items cannot be returned.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them in: unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.

UK returns

To arrange a return, please submit a support ticket. Our team will send you a link to create a free returns label, and you can then drop your parcel off at any Post Office.

International returns

We don't offer free returns outside of the UK. Please contact Customer Support and our team will give you our returns address, so you can send your items back using a tracked delivery service. Please include your original packaging.

Please note

Any parcels sent back without first contacting our support team can't be refunded. If an item is returned worn, damaged or without tags, we won't be able to issue a refund, and the item will not be sent back to you.

Once your return arrives at our fulfilment centre and has been checked, we'll refund the card you used for the original order. Please allow up to five working days for the refund to be processed.
