If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes before your parcel can be delivered. The courier (for example Evri International or DHL) will contact you to collect this payment.

If you choose not to pay, your parcel will be returned to us and we'll refund your item costs. Please note that shipping costs, and any return fees charged by customs, can't be refunded.
